Hey, When will I receive my package?

We are ready to ship in 3-5 business days. This does not include postal transit time which usually takes 3-5 days with First-Class Domestic Shipping. COVID-19 has impacted the USPS system, so please be aware of shipping delays. 

Shipping Sustainability

We use a wide range of sustainable, plastic-free packaging material when shipping orders. We use paper tape to seal boxes, brown recycled cellulose (plant fiber) for padding and recycled paper to wrap delicate items like soaps. If you see packing peanuts in your order, they are biodegradable and water-soluble (made of cornstarch).

We re-use and up-cycle cardboard boxes when possible that we receive from our suppliers, or old packing that’s donated. For a more conscious community, please re-use and donate your packaging if possible to other stores that do online shipping to minimize waste and give it another life!

  • kraft paper (brown recycled paper) padding
  • cellulose (wood pulp padding)
  • biodegradable corn starch packing peanuts
  • sheets of recycled stuffing paper
  • old Amazon (or any brand) boxes donated by customers
  • some new boxes made of recycled content
  • flat rate USPS boxes
  • sticky paper tape to seal boxes

Where is my package?

If you think your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office. The USPS site can file a claim for your missing package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been declared "Delivered" by the carrier in the United States.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email at and we’ll be happy to work something out with you!

Domestic Shipping Information

We ship to US, Canada, and US Territories at the calculated USPS shipping rate.

Please note that there may be significant shipping delays due to COVID-19, and the lack of USPS funding.

International Shipping Information 

We ship internationally at calculated USPS shipping rates.

Please note that there may be significant delays with international orders due to COVID-19. It ranges from two weeks (average) up to two months if your package is held at customs. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are longer than the USPS stated delivery time. If this is a concern, please contact us prior to your order to make shipping arrangements.

The postage facility generates a international tracking number for you order. If a significant amount of time goes by, please contact us at and we will gladly track your package for you!

Please be aware: customs fees, duties, and taxes are required by your country for more expensive orders. Each country has a price limit for what comes through without customs fees. Fees are usually incurred for orders of a value under $100. We cannot guarantee the price for every country, Please check your country's guidelines. We have no control and are not responsible for import fees.
